Pearland Arts League President, Naomi Stevens (L) and Exhibit Chair, Margo Green presents the Director of the Pearland Convention Visitors Bureau, Kim Sinistore (R) with a painting by Joan Moody for her efforts in awarding the Cultural Arts Grants from the city “Hotel Motel Tax” fund . This grant program enables volunteer artists both in the Visual and Performing arts to continue bringing art events to area citizens.
