Pearland Arts League is proud to announce their
support for the “Pear Scape 2016” project
PEAR SCAPE 2016, the pear sculpture art trail project sponsored by the Pearland Convention Visitors Bureau, will launch March 1, 2016. This exciting sculpture trail project will include 20 artist-painted four-foot tall fiberglass pears. These Pear Scape 2016 sculptures will be placed throughout the City of Pearland for public viewing. This project has been subsidized by revenue from the Hotel Motel Tax funds awarded to the PCVB by the City for promoting the arts in Pearland. Additional funds for this project will be provided by the generosity of private sponsors.
